Eta is special. Her first priority has always been to find a place for her clients that would be suitable for them. Eta does not take the easy or lazy approach: even if it prolongs a search or potentially loses her a sale, Eta prioritizes her clients’ happiness. She is concerned about her clients’ budgets and will raise potential issues with a property – whether the issue is a limitation of the property itself or that the property is overpriced (relative to the rest of the market).
